Home on Replay:A music Hub for African Students Project

This recorded presentation walks through the Afro-Canadian Music Hub, a project designed to address the cultural disconnection Nigerian students in Canada face with music. In this presentation, I narrate the user journey, focusing on Razaq’s transformation from isolation to cultural reconnection through music.

The storytelling approach highlights key features of the hub, including curated playlists, social events, vinyl listening stations, and QR-enabled music extensions that extend the experience beyond the physical space. This presentation is a reflection of my design thinking process, emphasizing user research, iteration, and technology-driven engagement to create a solution that is both functional and emotionally impactful.
